My Street

It's been a super long time since I posted. Before homecoming I think. Going up to Corning was good. It was too cold to go to the Homecoming game, so we didn't. The parade was cheezy and funny and all of the old farts from my high school days were escorted through town in old fashioned cars...Mr. Gott in a horse drawn carriage, because that's how old he is. I'm afraid that the next time we see him is going to be in a Corning Cardinal's coffin. The high school floats weren't what they used to be...what happened? We used to spend hours at float parties making flowers out of toilet paper. The senior float was so bad it reminded me of the Eat Me float on Animal House. Oh well, times change. The CUHS spirit was definitely high though

I'm so glad this week is over. Sometimes my job bores me so bad I could put my head down on my desk and snore the afternoon away. I mean there are things I really like about it...like I get to talk to people from all over the country every day. I love that. I have this new thing now. I'm way into this website called Tripadvisor.com where people post reviews and pictures of places they've traveled so you can see where to go, where to stay, eat, scenery,etc. It's cool. So anyway when somebody calls me and says, "Hi I'm so and so from Romulus, NY" I get on my tripadvisor and see what it looks like there. It's a really cheap way to travel, you should try it.

Way to go Jamie!!

I got a call from Jamie's school yesterday and they told me that she got straight As and that they are going to surprise them and take them to In and Out Burger for lunch in a limo!!! How cool is that???
